Spiritual Guidance

Every person is spiritual and undergoes conscious or unconscious development throughout their life. From an early age, you learn to know and feel yourself, your emotions, and your surroundings better. If you consciously engage with this, you can stimulate and accelerate this process of development. This provides more insight and empowers you to have a greater influence on your own energy and the energies around you. I support individuals in becoming more conscious of, interpreting, and trusting their own perceptions to gain new insights. Recognizing, attracting, and applying positive energy and shielding against negative energies are central to this process. Particularly, people with high sensitivity (HSP) or strong intuition are often confronted in their daily lives with perceptions or energies that they cannot explain. In society, these experiences are not always acknowledged, which can lead to unnecessary fears or blockages. It brings me happiness that I can now help people with their spiritual journey and provide the guidance I sought for so long. I approach spirituality from various perspectives, including feelings, perceptions, intuition, personal experiences, science, psychology, and philosophy. I use a variety of insights, theories, exercises, and methodologies that have guided me in my personal development over the years. I have delved into practices such as Reiki (the Usui system of natural healing & Kundalini), magnetism, Chi Neng Qigong, the power of gemstones, tarot card reading, meditation, hypnotherapy, astrology, numerology, colors of the angels, mindfulness, body-focused therapy, creative therapy, and cognitive therapy.

Spiritual Awareness

Spirituality is a process of becoming aware, with a focus on recognizing and acknowledging your own energy and the energies around you. By opening yourself to both explainable and unexplainable energies with which you are in contact, you gain a more realistic understanding of your reality. When you are conscious of yourself and other energies, you are better equipped to influence them. Positive energy can be consciously used to promote calm, relaxation, and the self-healing capacity of your body and mind to resolve any blockages. Additionally, you are better able to recognize and shield against negative energies. This leads to improved physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance. Often, this process of awareness initially triggers resistance. This is a completely natural reaction that often arises from fear of the unknown. The subconscious mind presents itself, in part, as a shadow side over which we usually have little control. It is shaped by fear and characteristics or insecurities that we prefer to hide or suppress. This leads us to suppress a part of ourselves. By embracing your shadow side, you can turn it into your strength. This process focuses on accepting and loving yourself exactly as you are. From this strength, you have more control over yourself and over the energies you experience, allowing you to consciously create a more positive energy field (living environment) for yourself. Spiritual Development

There are many exercises and methods you can apply to stimulate your spiritual development. It is essential to create a safe environment and foundation for yourself in which you feel protected. From this foundation, you can strengthen your power in a positive way and overcome your fears. Self-confidence and trust in yourself and your own perceptions are central to spiritual development. Becoming conscious of your own energy and the energies with which you are in contact can be stimulated in various ways. By opening yourself up and delving into your emotions, perceptions, the workings of energy, different theories, and various methodologies, you will discover what suits you best. Spirituality is very broad, and everyone chooses their own path. The most important aspect is to listen to your own intuition. Do I feel safe? What feels right? To what am I drawn? What do I repeatedly encounter? What are my interests? You can embark on this journey of self-discovery individually, gain new experiences through treatments, readings, courses, or workshops with experts, or opt for personal guidance.
